Refunds:

  1. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  3. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  4. Your item must be in the original packaging.
  5. Our auto detailing services are eligible for refunds under specific circumstances.

  7. To qualify, your vehicle must not have left our facility or undergone additional services since the original detailing

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are not applicable for auto detailing services.
  • However, if there are concerns or issues with the detailing, please contact us promptly, and we will address them accordingly.
  1. We offer exchanges for items if they are defective or damaged.
  2. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
  3. Please provide details and images of the damaged or defective item.
  4. We will process the exchange once the defective or damaged item is received and inspected.

Gifts:

  1. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  2. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  3. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
  4. Auto detailing services purchased as gifts are non-refundable.
  5. Gift certificates for detailing services are transferable, and the recipient can schedule their appointment at their convenience.

Shipping Returns:

  1. To return your product, contact us to obtain a return shipping address.
  2. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  3. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  4. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
